RAFFAEL BRUGNONI

Raffael Brugnoni, Certified Kitchen Designer, and president of Woodmaster Kitchens has been an accomplished kitchen and bath designer since 1979.

Raffael graduated from Bishop Gallagher High School in 1975 and continued his formal education at Michigan State University. Before establishing Woodmaster Kitchens, Raffael's training in construction design and installation began at an early age in the family-owned remodeling firm of Ontario Construction Company. Today, Raffael's education continues through training offered by the National Kitchen and Bath Association, where he received his certification as a CKD. Annual roundtables, seminars, and shows across the country through the Signature Executive Network keep Raffael up to date on the latest styles, designs, and materials offered around the world. Raffael's kitchens and baths have been featured in national publications such as Kasmar's Baths and More-Book IV, Kitchens-Book VII and Book VIII and Signature Kitchens and Baths. Today most of his work is featured on the Houzz website with top reviews from his clients. 

Raffael's goals extend far beyond the designs of his projects. He is committed to staffing the best possible production team to implement the installation of a project to perfection. Raffael's dedication to meeting the clients' needs before and after the installation is certain to enhance their lives for years to come.

caitlin Seurynck

Caitlin Seurynck is the Vice President and Designer at Woodmaster Kitchens, bringing over a decade of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. She graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in Business.

Caitlin’s career in kitchen and bath design began in 2012 at a local design firm in Kalamazoo, where she quickly discovered her passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. After relocating to Southeastern Michigan in 2016, she joined Woodmaster Kitchens as a designer, honing her expertise in construction, design, and business solutions. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of clients bring their dream spaces to life, blending creativity with technical precision.

In January 2024, Caitlin was promoted to Vice President, allowing her to focus on enhancing company processes, empowering the team, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. She remains deeply involved in the industry, actively connecting with other professionals to exchange ideas and drive innovation.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Caitlin believes that great design should not only be beautiful but also improve the way people live in their spaces. She is dedicated to making the design process stress-free and rewarding for clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Her leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to both Woodmaster Kitchens and the clients she serves.

Alex Sharpe

Alex Sharpe brings a strong background in kitchen and bath design to Woodmaster Kitchens, combining thoughtful design with a practical understanding of how spaces need to function. He began his career in 2019, gaining hands-on industry experience while completing his education. In 2021, he graduated from Henry Ford College with an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design. Since then, he has continued to build his expertise in kitchen and bath design, developing a detail-oriented approach centered around each client’s individual needs.

With an organized, solutions-focused mindset, Alex carefully considers every aspect of a project while keeping the overall vision in focus. He has an appreciation for both form and function, creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also support the way each client wants to live in and enjoy their home.

Collaboration is central to Alex’s design process. He takes the time to understand each client’s needs, preferences, and priorities and keeps them at the forefront from concept through completion. Through clear communication and careful planning, Alex strives to make the experience comfortable and well-coordinated while creating a finished space that feels personal to each client.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, reading, kayaking, and snowmobiling.

Brandon Jarinski

With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the kitchen and bath industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. As a licensed Michigan residential builder and former business owner, his extensive background in construction and remodeling gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to bring a project together from start to finish. He enjoys working closely with homeowners and tradespeople, helping turn ideas and designs into beautiful, functional spaces.

Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, hiking, spending time outdoors, and being with his wife and two sons. He’s usually planning his next project—at home or on the road.

Heather Benedict

With over 25 years of experience working with clients, I’ve always enjoyed building relationships and helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout their projects. As a Project Coordinator, I enjoy keeping the many details of a project organized while making sure clients feel informed and supported from beginning to end.

Coming from a background in photography and design, I bring a creative eye and a strong appreciation for detail to my work. My years in photography also gave me the opportunity to work with all types of people and personalities, teaching me the importance of listening, communicating, and understanding each person’s individual needs. I enjoy using my experience to support our clients and help see their projects through to completion.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, decorating for the holidays, and spending time with my dog.

jacob kalahar

Jacob brings a unique blend of carpentry expertise, organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset to his role, making him an integral part of the team. He collaborates closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure every kitchen and bath renovation is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

 Jacob’s responsibilities include coordinating project needs, managing materials, tracking progress, and proactively addressing potential challenges to keep projects on schedule. His ability to foster clear communication and build strong relationships ensures clients feel supported throughout the remodeling process. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Jacob leverages his background to understand client needs and expectations, helping to create personalized spaces that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Known for his attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, Jacob is dedicated to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
